Hi I'm Roop, a passionate User Experience (UX/UI) Designer with working experience in the field of Interaction Design/Human Computer Interaction Design (HCI), who enjoys helping the world become better and a little more user-friendly every day :)!

As a seasoned UX Design Researcher with nearly a decade of experience in the areas of interaction design (HCI) and user experience design (UX), to create impactful and user friendly digital products and services. I have been working with a diverse range of stakeholders on cloud based TMS (Transport Management System) and logistics, Fintech, E-learning, CMS, AAC, Accessibility Design, SaaS, B2B & B2C Design, Health Care, AR & VR, and multichannel design technology experience over the course of my career.

My work involves conducting design research and strategizing UX projects in agile contexts, defining the right interaction model, information system architecture and design, deploying qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analytics, developing wire frames, creating personas, journey maps, and task flows based on user needs and collaborating with stakeholders, user groups, and technology teams to develop sustainable solutions that enhance the user experience and value proposition. In addition, I prefer to work as an individual contributor as well as a team leader.

I enjoy working with creative teams on challenging Interaction Design projects and actively use various research methods such as User Study, User Research, Generative and Evaluative Research, Customer Satisfaction survey (CSAT, CES, NPS), Created Customer Experience Outcome (CXO) and Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) frameworks to guide product development and success, Thematic Analysis, Contextual Inquiry, Ethnography Study, Usability Testing & Evaluation, Prototyping, Product Semantics, and Heuristic Evaluation in my projects. Also, I am passionate about exploring new trends and opportunities in Human-AI Interaction Design, the Internet of Things (IoT), Physical Computing, Metaverse, Service Design, Social Media, Mobile, Web, and other Digital Platforms.
